Conditionals allow to interact with the elements of an experience by defining conditions and consequences. For example: if the user clicks on a golden badge, then it becomes silver.
Before adding conditionals, it is necessary to create the needed aspects and states through the Properties window.
You can access the Conditionals window two ways (1):
- Either from the toolbar on the left of your screen
- Either from the Elements column
To associate a conditional to an element of the scene, click on the Conditionals icon to open the Conditionals window.
The window opens (2).
Click on the “+” symbol to associate a conditional to the element (3).
Rename the conditional (4) and define it by giving a condition triggering the conditional (5).
Then, give the necessary conditions to make the action happen.
To do so, select the trigger using the drop-down list (6). Add one or several consequence(s) to the conditional by selecting a panorama/the entrance of a scene or Scorm tracking, an element or an animation and a characteristic linked to the previous choice (7).
To delete a conditional, click on the bin icon (8).
When you have added the conditional, you can click on the icon at the top right corner to close the Conditionals window (9).
