From the Project view (Home), you can modify the parameters of each scene individually:
- The sphere size
- The grid height
Click on “Display/hide the parameters of the scene”.
Sphere size
The default diameter of the sphere is 1000 meters (≈0, 62 mile) which means that the size of the scene is quite big. Depending on your needs, you can modify this size.
You can adjust the sphere size either by clicking and sliding the bar or by entering the size in the dedicated field. You can check the modification in “Dynamic view”.
The smaller your sphere is, the less the depth effect will be visible.
Grid height
The grid is a reference that helps you place your elements in the scene. It can be set at two levels:
- “0”: places the grid at eye level
- “-1.60”: places the grid at ground level
By default, this grid is set on “0”. All the objects you will place below the grid will appear below eye level and vice versa.
Modifying this parameter can be useful especially in a project using 3D. By setting the grid on “-1,60”, you place it at ground level. It will help you in placing the elements that have to appear at ground level.
Simply click on “0” or “-1,60” to change the grid height. You can see the change in “Dynamic view”.

[Grid set on “0” (eye level)]
Click on “OK” to confirm the changes or on “Reset” to go back to the default parameters.
