Dell Visor

Question:

I created an immersive module in Sphere. I can see it in an HTC Vive headset but not in a Dell Visor headset. At launch, the icon to view the module via the headset is not available as a choice.

Answer:

The Dell Visor headset is not one of the viewing devices we guarantee. As a result, we are not able to accompany you on the viewing on this headset.
