Log in and out of the software

This tutorial shows you how to log in and out of the Speedernet Sphere software.

First, let's see how the first launch of Speedernet Sphere goes after installing the software. Next, we will see the connection and then the disconnection.

First launch after installation

When launching Sphere, in the next window. At the top, left of the window, select the language. Then, click on the "Start" button. 

Connection

The login window appears. Enter your username and password and validate. You must use the same login and password you use to log in to your account: Sphere - Login (sphereapp.fr)

Forgot your password 

If you forget your password, you can change it by clicking on the "Forgot your password" link.

Logout

You can log out of your account in three ways:

• From the File tab, click "Logout".

• From the File tab -> Preferences -> Account, click on "Logout"

• From the project creation and opening screen via the dedicated "Logout" button
