In the "Project (Home) View" you can change the settings for each scene individually:
- Sphere size
- Grid height
Click on the "Gears/Scene options".
Sphere size
The size of the sphere diameter is 1000 meters by default. This means that the size of a scene is very large. Depending on your needs, you can change its size.
Set the sphere size either by clicking and dragging the bar or by entering the sphere size directly into the field. You can check the change in the "3D View".
The smaller the sphere size, the less the depth effect can be improved.
Grid height
The grid is a marker that allows you to better place the elements in a scene. It is positioned at two levels:
- "0": place the grid at the user's eye level
- "-1,60": place the grid at ground level
By default, this grid is placed at "0". All objects that you place below this grid will be displayed below the user's eyes level and vice versa.
Changing this setting can be useful especially in a project with a 3D context. By placing the grid at the height "-1.60", you place it at ground level. Thus, the grid will allow you to better place elements that should be displayed at ground level.
Simply click "0" or "-1.60" to change the grid height. You can see the change of the grid height in the "3D View".
