I downloaded Sphere but I cannot log in.

Question:

After downloading Sphere software, I couldn’t log in. I entered my email address and my password. But I cannot log in. 

Answer:

To benefit from all the features that Sphere offers, the user account associated to your license is necessary.

After downloading Sphere, launch the software and click on “Create an account”. The log in window appears. Enter your email address and password and then confirm.

Please note that you have to use the email address and the password used for creating your Sphere account.
