Sphere allows you to duplicate, copy and paste an element/aspect, but also duplicate/copy-paste an interactive system.
Maybe you ask yourself, "What does it mean "Interactive System"?
The interactive system includes implications bound to an element or group. Duplicate one element/group’s interactive system is creating a new element/group with the same characteristics and interaction modalities.
In order to duplicate/copy-paste an interactive system, go to your scene’s element column.
- If you plan on duplicate/copy-paste one group’s element interactive system, unfold the element list of this group (1)
- Right click on the wanted element/group (2)
- Click on either “Copy system” (3) or “Duplicate system” (4)
If you choose to duplicate the interactive system, the new element/group will appear right beneath its source. However, if you copy the interactive system you will then be able to paste it wherever you want, even in a different scene.
This functionality can make you gain time when creating a project : you can duplicate/copy-paste an interactive system when elements, from same or different scenes, require similar or identical implications.
Please feel free to share with us your feedback about this functionnality. 👨💻👩💻😃
