The event tool allows you to manage the temporality of a scene with the help of a timeline and event editing.
The event tool is mostly designed to create interactions in a 360° scene. With the help of the timeline, you can create your interactions that take place at a specific moment.
Start by adding the elements in the scene and then define the properties and conditionals for each element.
To create an event, you have two options:
- Go to the implications page by clicking on the icon on the left side of the screen. Then create a conditional by defining the "Trigger" by the "Timeline". Then select the scene and the precise moment (minute, second, millisecond) of the event.
- Click the icon on the left of the screen to open the event tool. The timeline appears at the bottom of the screen:
Choose the necessary moment and click to add it to the timeline.
The implication window opens as an "event".
You can specify/change the exact time [minutes:seconds:milliseconds] you want your event to take place.
Once you have added the events, fill in the conditions needed to trigger the event.
If you have already added events to your project, you can find them via the following icons on the timeline:
As a reminder, check if you have defined the time of the event with the "Playhead" beforehand.
See you in a next tutorial!
