The quiz feature in Speedernet Sphere allows you to assess users' knowledge during their experience. You can create text-based or image-based multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and customize the quiz's appearance and feedback for learners.
The quiz also includes result slides and feedback settings based on success or failure. Parameters such as navigation and graphic design (colors, fonts) can be customized across the entire quiz. Additionally, you can set triggers and conditionals based on quiz results.
Let's dive in!
1. Add a quiz element
Begin by adding a quiz element to your project.
2. Open the quiz properties
Access the quiz properties to set up its features.
3. Build your quiz
You can structure your quiz with the following options:
- Blank slide: Ideal for an introduction or transitions between question categories.
- MCQ with text choices
- MCQ with images
- Result slide
Arrange slides by dragging them into the desired order.
4. Define an MCQ with text choices
To create your quiz, fill out the following:
- The question
- You can add an image to illustrate the question, you could ask a question about the image, or simply not include an image at all.
- This is to organize the answers. If you select 1, like in the example, you'll have them in a single row.
- If several choices compose the correct answer, check this box. If there's only one correct answer, leave it as it is.
- Here you can set the choices, if you need more than 2, you can add them by using the "+" icon next to "Proposals".
Important: tick the correct answer(s), or the users will systematically fail, no matter their response.

Other settings: feedback and appearance
You can customize the feedback in case of correct and incorrect answers using the link at the top right.
Just next to it, the Appearance section will help you customize the design of the question.
5. Define an MCQ with images
Similar to text-based questions, but choices are images. Text for each image is optional.
Here's an example for the image question:
And its preview:
6. Customize the results slide
Set success thresholds and define user feedback for passing or failing. You can also link URLs for specific outcomes (note: this feature is unavailable in VR mode).
7. Define global parameters
You can define navigation settings:
And the appearance of the quiz:
If you want to set the same visual identity for the whole quiz, define all the parameters as you wish, and then click the "Apply to all slides" button that you see above.
You can customize:
- Header and footer colors
- Background
- Border
- Fonts and colors for questions, choices, and feedback
8. Conditionals based on quiz results
Your quiz can trigger some other actions upon completion. You can also use a conditional based upon a successful or failed result.
The quiz's outcome can also be used as a condition, for something to happen only if the quiz has a passed score or a failed score.
