To add image to your scene, in the Add Item tab, click "Image".
The image element appears on the Stage with a pictogram representing the image element .
In the right column, rename the item.
To define the aspects and states of the element, click on the "PROPERTIES" icon in the "ELEMENTS" column .
A window opens and allows from the "Define media" button, to select and associate a media to the image element.
Choose an image that is not yet in the project, or on the contrary, an image that is already present.
When an element is inserted, it is visible in the "Properties" window. You can replace it using the "Set Media" button or delete it.
An image element is characterized by one or more aspects and one or more states. A section of the window is dedicated to each of them.
Aspects
An aspect is a visual and/or sound representation of an element. For example, for an image element the appearance is the graphical representation of the image.
Each element can have several aspects depending on the expected interactions.
For example, in your scene, you have a button with two black and orange aspects and depending on the expected interaction the latter changes color.
To add a new aspect, click on the "Add aspect" button in the "ASPECTS" section and import the media (the image) related to this aspect.
States
A state characterizes the element in two ways:
- its visibility,
- its interactivity.
The reports are added in the "STATES" section.
When you add an image element, two states "Visible" and "Invisible" are proposed by default. You have the possibility to modify and adapt them according to your needs.
To meet the needs of your interactive scenario, the visibility and interactivity of your element can be multiple. To add a report, click on the symbol and then on the "Add report" button at the bottom of the window.
The blue flag, as in the panorama list, is used to set the default state of the element.
A button may have a "Not clicked" state, for which it will be visible and interactive for example.
After being visited, it may (if the scenario awaits it) become non-visible for example.
When using images or pictograms with a transparent background, crop the image as much as possible to avoid a transparent background that is too wide. In particular, if the image is used as a click box.
