Nomenclature

We strongly recommend you to be methodical when importing elements.

Before

Common rules to name files exist on the Web. Usually, it is recommended:

• To have short names
• To name your images and videos using lower case, without spaces, without special characters
• To select one way of naming that enables you to quickly identify an element. You can number the panoramas, the conditionals and have a work document that details these conditionals. This will be precious when you come back to your work file several months after its creation and you need to update it. (This is not a common rule from Web practices but we do recommend it to you).

During

Within Sphere, you can name:

• Panoramas
• Elements
• Aspects
• States

Following this advice will make adding conditionals in your experience easier as you will be able to identify elements more quickly.

You can also comment conditionals, which is a very good practice that we recommend you to do.
