Bug report

You can access the Speedernet Sphere "Bug Report" via the "File" tab. Then click "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P).

The window opens and you can select the appropriate tab.

The "Bug Report" allows you to set up the preferences for error and bug report communication.

Verification tool

In this part of the bug report, you can set up the error alerts you want to be reported by the "Verification Tool".

By default, the option "Report each error and each point of attention through in Verification tool" is selected.

Bug report

In this part, you can choose how you want to report a bug to us.

By default, the option that allows automatic sending of bug reports is chosen.

You can choose another option if you wish by clicking on the corresponding option.

Sending the bug report allows us to know about the problem you have encountered. When we receive a bug report we can then resolve the problem and ensure the best use of Speedernet Sphere.

Note: All information sent to us is anonymous and confidential.

Open the temporary folder 

By clicking the button, you can access the temporary files of your project.
