Account information

You can access your Speedernet Sphere account information through the "File" tab, then by clicking on "Preferences".

The "Preferences" window will then open.

In the second tab "Account" (1), you will find the following information:

Account (2)

Status (3)

Expiration date (4)

Edit profile (5)

Log out (6)

Purchase a license (7)

Let's review these items together!

The first 3 items are for your information.

You will find:

• Your login: the email address you use to connect to your session (2)
• Your account status: Premium or Free (3)
• The expiration date of your license (4)

If you wish to edit your profile, you can do so by clicking this button (5) which will take you to the Sphere website to modify your profile.

In the article "Logging in and out of the software", we showed you the different ways to log out of your profile from your computer. The "Log out" button (6) is one of these ways.

You can purchase or extend your license by clicking the dedicated button (7).

Once you have modified the preferences, don't forget to click the "Apply" button, then the "OK" button to finalize your modifications.
